Additional info:

APD analysis reveals that the sequence of THE PEPTIDE shows 65.5% similarity to ALL-38. It is an alternative processed form of hCAP-18, the precursor of human LL-37 and ALL-38. Active against S. aureus, S. epidermidis, and Group A Streptococcus. TLN-58 upregulated IL-17C, IL-8, IL-23, IL-1alpha, and IL-1beta mRNA and protein expression in normal human keratinocytes, similar to LL-37.

Title:

TLN-58, an additional hCAP18 processing form, found in the lesion vesicle of palmoplantar pustulosis in the skin.
